If you’ve stumbled across this page, trying to find someone to talk to, I imagine you’ve probably been feeling overwhelmed, tired, and unmotivated throughout your day-to-day. Some people manage these feelings by working even harder – If you keep busy, you won’t meltdown. I get it; the expectations to be high achieving, productive, and sociable at work, school, and among your friends and family can be exhausting. For some others, the stress and sadness have been preventing you from starting or completing tasks like cooking a meal, studying for an exam, or cleaning up the house. If you’re here, I imagine that these patterns aren’t working for you anymore. Either you’re burnt out or you’re going through an adjustment period like a break-up or a job loss that’s made it too difficult to keep up. You’re feeling increasingly anxious, maybe depressed, and you’re feeling out of control.
That’s where I come in. What you’re going through can feel scary and isolating, and I can help you slow the overwhelm and feel more in control. In your life, you may not feel understood or heard by those closest to you. Perhaps no one even knows how badly you’re struggling.
